Pros

You receive free lunch once a week, but you have to sit with the owner and colleagues to talk business instead of having a lunch break.

Cons

Very unstable work environment, several people were fired based on the owner's mood. The owner micromanages workers, sitting next to them while they work and belittling them. Work environment is very stressful and chaotic. Job title encompass es alot more work outside of usual performance expectations. Owner is very unprofessional, abusive, and smokes in the office.

Pros

Free Staff Meeting Lunch Every Wednesday,

Cons

Have 2 dogs walking around the office. One of the dog pooped and peed in my working space, I am the one cleaning it (3 times in 4 months). The owner yelled at employees all the time. She is a very demanding person. Paid by Hour, but expect employees to work overtime without paying OT hour

Pros

I can’t think of a single one!

Cons

No paid time off like promised! NO LUNCH BREAKS! They work you till you are seriously so sleepy you can’t drive home. Developed serious back problems from all the hard labor and running around you have to do. You have to package each item that is tried on back into the bag. THERE IS A HUGE MOLD PROBLEM IN THE CHARLESTON LOCATION! VERY understaffed because the expectations of you working there very high and unexplained on how to do anything. It’s Gretchen’s way or no way. You are called so many horrible names, I have such doubt on what I wear now because I was called a fat a** in her dress and to change immediately. You are walking on egg shells everyday. If you change the schedule that works for everyone you are told you can’t do that( but news flash that’s one of the jobs for the manager to do!) The owner has a serious self issue that she takes it out on the employees to make herself feel better. Will make you work the store all alone if no other worker shows up! It’s impossible to work that store alone! All she cares about is the money coming in, doesn’t care about you or how you are doing. WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR HOURS! IF YOU ARE SICK YOU ARE NOT PAID FOR THAT AS WELL AS PROMISED! The pay is completely underpaid on the work you have to do! Managers can’t do their job of managing. Your mental health and sanity are truly tested at this store. RUN AWAY! Also they tell you anything Gretchen says to you as an insult let it roll off your back like oil!! The best thing this store could do is have the owner step away and not be involved and hire a new team. I feel so sorry for the ones that don’t know about this app and make the horrible mistake I made and work here and regret it immediately.
