Pros

Had a wonderful experience working in the Pelham office. Coworkers become your family and every day you experience something new. Fun atmosphere & very easy commute. Very generous employee discounts! Owner is hands on & lots of fun.

Cons

No hybrid options & make sure you are a dog lover! If you are looking for a corporate environment this is more of a smaller office & family like atmosphere. Never had a negative experience. Very caring & approachable management.

Your forced to learn a lot really fast which you can take anywhere you go. It's pretty much all women and they are nice to work with.

Cons

Some days are way too much pressure.
