Good overtime pay, learn about the products you're putting on the shelves

Cons

Felt mislead by the hiring experience. Was told that I was going to have days that weren't as long but nearly every day was 10 hours long. I felt that training and teaching of best practices for this was lacking. Usually going to have very long days. You have to use your own car on the job and they don't have any kind of mileage pay.

They provide pretty good benefits and you occasionally get free beer.

Cons

They are such a good old boys club. They don't understand sales because their beer reps are more order taker than sales. I was part of the wine division that they purchased and they made it really difficult to do my job.
