Pros

Grey Eagle has Decent health insurance, vision, dental! Maybe a few good co-workers! There is nothing good about this company that would even entice anyone to come work for them!

Cons

Compensation is terrible! Unfair wages. Very clicky organization. Nobody has your back. It's an "everyone for themselves" culture. Owner doesn't seem to care about the high turnover. He's losing great employees because of the ridiculously low pay! Everyone is replaceable mentality! Sales reps are on call 24/7. They are Suppose to get major holidays off, but you still have to work them because you'd fall way behind. Not enough staff to help cover holidays. Terrible training for new hires. They throw you to the wolves immediately. Zero communication. Very secretive company as well. The cons list just keeps growing.......

Pros

Great people. Competitive, fun industry. Strong portfolio of beer brands and growing portfolio of non-alcohol brands. Open communication between management and employees but not enough communication...could be improved. Company gives back to the community.

Cons

I don't disagree with some of reviews about recognition and reward. I know the company values the efforts and contributions of all employees, and does care, but at times it can be taken for granted. Grey Eagle has experienced volume declines the past three years which makes it more challenging to increase rewards although employees are clearly working harder. The good news is that the industry is relatively stable and this year our performance has improved which should benefit employees.

Pros

Some of the people here are nice to work with and the job has the potential to be good if management made some serious changes.

Cons

The company, especially upper management, doesn't care one bit about the employees. The turnover here is extremely high and no one seems to be interested in finding out why, they just keep filling positions with less qualified, cheaper labor and work them until they quit. They provide minimal training and no support for any position in the company.
