Unstaff company the pay isnt worth it everything you experience on a day to dayw basis. Hard to get a raise .

set schedules, Boss doesn't deny very many request off, small office, paid breaks, your own cubical, free travel, food parties, and job security.

Cons

the managers will over work you if you allow them and guilt trip to keep a worker longer make sure schedules are covered. when a mistake is made everyone hears about it and knows who did it Favoritism is a huge issue. there is no set training
