Pros

Greyhound is a good opportunity for the right person. Most of the people employed there are dedicated to their jobs and the company, and the culture seems to encourage long-term employment.

Cons

Greyhound's operating systems are antiquated and inefficient. Operations that should be simple and routine are regularly turned into painful ordeals with questionable results. There are updates on the way, but the inefficiencies in the current program have had a detrimental effect on daily operations.
