      Pros

      The constant platform of providing customer service and being constantly inspired to work hard and understanding the importance of punctuality and living and portraying the value of the company.

      Cons

      I feel like i have done my best in providing for the company and I need an environment with more fast pace in the field of customer service.

      Pros

      The staff was very friendly, the deputy manager was very fun and always up for a laugh. The manager however was grumpy but she later warned up to you once she knew you could handle her grumpiness

      Cons

      There were not many cons, when you work in a pub you generally know what to expect. The staff often change however which is relatively normal in this industry
