Pros

the prestige factor, primarily as a result of your ability to survive/endue the hardships of the job.

Cons

Little to no support from management. On the local level, management is afraid to make a decision without having to be approved from the corporate office in Dallas, where you're just a driver/number. They don't care about you as an individual.

Pros

The travel benefit. Extra board drivers go where needed. I'm single with no children so being out on the road weeks at a time is not so bad. The money is there to be made.

Cons

You have to fight for you pay, meaning you have to turn in too much paperwork to get paid. Our drivers have the highest divorce rate ever.
