Pros

It's an OK job if you have no family or reason to go home.

Cons

It takes years to get a route and stability in pay and home life. 10+ years. And management is a joke. They are under so much pressure and they heap that onto tired homesick drivers

Pros

The coworkers are very supportive and friendly. Training and trainers are the best using the tools they've been given. Best wishes for them.

Cons

The pay should be better. The managers can do better by encouraging employees to be more professional and self-controlled in the presence of the public.
