Pros

Nice co workers. I enjoy helping customers! Management is good.

Cons

You can tell the way a company treats its employees what really matters. Ticket agents stand all day long! Why cant we have a stool to relieve back and foot pain? Nice job otherwise.

Pros

Good Pay and chance for advancement. Everyone is pretty laid back. The company culture is good. Currently we are in the process of elevating everything!

Cons

When things fail, buses break down, the job gets really intense. It can be difficult to help the passengers. It can take 30 minutes to get a dispatcher on the phone. You are constantly answering phone calls from your drivers doing the job of a dispatcher
