Pros

Good Pay and chance for advancement. Everyone is pretty laid back. The company culture is good. Currently we are in the process of elevating everything!

Cons

When things fail, buses break down, the job gets really intense. It can be difficult to help the passengers. It can take 30 minutes to get a dispatcher on the phone. You are constantly answering phone calls from your drivers doing the job of a dispatcher

Pros

Chance to see the country and interact with a diverse group of co-workers and passengers. Pay is decent compared to other inter-city carriers. Only have to deal with management when in terminals. Bus operators spend 90% of their time away from terminals

Cons

Uneven working schedule for new drivers. Some locations have deep seniority lists. Confrontational attitude by some members of management.
