Little guidance/direction (in my department) No one very enthusiastic about their job - lots of mousy people Product is dated/uninnovative Customers hate the company - F rating from the BBB Very little innovative or original thinking

Most terminal supervisors spend 80% of time trying to get along with driver's and ticket agents, only time I see them actually doing something is on their conference calls with upper management, which they pretend to care when in reality they talk bad behind their backs.
