      Pros

      Growth, training, resources, team collaboration, fast paced and fun. Strong culture with amazing people. Great pay and benefits. Very supportive. Exposure to great clients and fantastic real estate.

      Cons

      Volume of email and sometimes client expectations are unrealistic. Good structure but can sometimes have too much structure. Very busy place to work.

      Pros

      Salary, commissions and benefits are great. Mainly luxury communities. International portfolio. clear written policies and procedures. Currently the largest property management company.

      Cons

      transient. unable to keep employees long term. Does not promote from within. Too many regionals who don't communicate. manages through fear constantly reminding employees they are replaceable and are lucky to work for them.

      Pros

      Company pays a very competitive salary. Company is growing profitably so don't have to worry about mandatory job layoffs or head count reductions. Senior Management is approachable, cares about their employees, and is determined to win. Fun place to work, very laid back as long as deadlines are met, flexable on work schedule. Company rewards you when you go above and beyond.

      Cons

      This company is so much better to work for than my previous company so I do not have any complaints.
