      Not Much Room to Grow

      Pros

      Working in some of the newest buildings in the market. Large community to pull extra hours from. Largest property management company out there.

      Cons

      You will not move into a real paying job without a degree. Salary caps out @ low 20's the highest wages being in the city. They will overload you with work to the point where it is a constant in your life. Your job will never end when you clock out. Raises are @ 3% and reviews are worthless. Health benefits are OK for One person. If you have a family prepare to spend $300+ /month on healthcare. You are just a number to these people. The real money is in the office, but prepare to wear a short skirt to get it. Look for a job with the city if you are considering. Good luck.

      Pros

      I loved working for Greystar in the Southwestern United States! The company overall has good benefits, competitive compensation, and good time-off policies

      Cons

      Upon transferring to the Pacific Northwest, it was very different. It was the same company, but it was certainly run differently in this area.

      Pros

      I was luck to be in a great community, residents were friendly and some of them turned out to be great contacts for me when I started looking for a full time position

      Cons

      I felt at times my job was part time concierge and part time sales. Lot of posting of ads on craigslist, there was not a lot of work that was mentally stimulating
