Greystar India has Baised Management. Support received to only those employees who has joined by the reference. No job security, they can fire you on even a small mistake which comes under normal human error. Management change their policies overnight and never thinks about how it's going to impact their employees. Not at all employee oriented company. If you want to be in this company, then you have behave like a donkey. If you show your smart and logical side, they will kick you out, without serving any notice period. Discrimination and Harassment is at the level where a person can commit a suicide.
