Pros

They have an HR program.

Cons

Poor pay... poor leadership... and don't plan on quitting- they will talk poorly of you to all your former employees even though you received all positive feedback while you were there as well as a stellar annual review which takes me back to poor leadership... need I say more. Be prepared to pour your heart and soul into your job and work around the clock for nothing.

Pros

Amazing support and training. I especially appreciate the support of my RPM when a client is not being reasonable. They really encourage a balance between professional and private life. I have encouraged 2 people to work with Greystar in the last month alone.

Cons

Just because an RPM has been here longer than God has been alive, does not mean they should stay. I have discouraged people from starting at certain sites with Greystar if it landed them with certain RPMs because I know their experience will be miserable. Company-wide worst kept secret is that sometimes the "wrong" employee is protected by the "right" person in upper management. Clients determine pay on-site so Greystar does not have too much control in that.
