      Pros

      Working as a Leasing Professional is a fun job. It's a good work environment, with always a lot to do to keep you busy. The bonuses are always nice too.

      Cons

      Working in a leasing office can become crazy busy in a monent's notice. You definitely have to be able to handle that along with a constantly ringing phone. Another things is you should be able to deal with angry people as well. It wouldn't be that way if people paid their rent on time...

      Pros

      Well they will sell you on a ton of pros during the interview but I never saw them.

      Cons

      They are not ready for property acquisitions. They say one thing to their employees and then change their minds and do another. There is also a ridiculous amount of unnecessary training videos that really teach you nothing. They will talk behind your back. It also takes a LONG time to get reimbursed for personal expenses.
