Pros

Health benefits are great, that’s the only pro.

Cons

Everything else. I was so excited to work for the leaders in the multifamily industry. Completely disappointed. It was evident that I was nothing but a number to them. No consistency with the culture. Worst property management I’ve worked for.

Pros

Good offices, excellent location, flexible working

Cons

The company is badly led and mismanaged. The truism that fish rots from the head holds true. London Finance is the epitome of a broken function with toxic culture which allows incompetent people to thrive and get promoted, whilst decent and knowledgeable people are marginalised and pushed out. There is no semblance of a work - life balance. Holidays are denied. The culture of favouritism and cronyism ensures huge failings and fiascos by those in charge are swept under the carpet or blamed on other people. Management incompetence costs the company and investors millions in legal fees and lost returns. It is normal for a manager to mock on a Teams call somebody who's fallen out of favour for no obvious reason. As she messages her cronies something derisory about another colleague causing them to snigger and switch off their cameras, whist the unsuspecting victim is left wondering what is happening. Mocking people's appearance and features is the norm. Professionalism, ethics or decency have no place here.
