Pros
They pay more than most.
Cons
Upper management is completely out of touch. Regionals have no idea what’s going on. There is no support, follow through, guidance, or help. Their version of training is “it’s all available” online, but no one takes the time to actually teach you anything or invest in employees. You are just a number filling a position. And the company is big enough that they’ll just fill it if it doesn’t work out. It’s a cycle of lack of accountability and mediocre supervisors. You’re given all this time off but given an awful time about taking it. It’s the only company I’ve ever worked for that makes YOU figure out your own coverage. Regionals lack and responsibility. You’re sick? Figure it out. You want to take vacation? Cover your own office.
