Pros

some-what Competitive pay, fair hours, good benefits, easy to transfer to different properties, chance for advancements,

Cons

even though you get a discount for living on property it doesn't make much of a difference because the rents are so high, even for a luxury community. If the pay rates were higher living on site would be more possible without a roommate.

Pros

The greater your tenure, the greater your benefits are, opportunities for growth and transfers are abundant, upper management promotes pillars/values/company culture, innovative training available, verbal praise for a job well done given often.

Cons

Underpaid compared to competitors in the industry, no pay increase in well over 12 months, if you do well in your position you are rewarded by given more work that isn't yours, if you want time off you have to find your own coverage - this is challenging. Be ready for constant emails from all departments, every day. Software consistency between communities does not exist.
