My experience with Grid Dynamics was very disappointing. The company hires employees, collects referral incentives after a month or two, and then terminates people without any prior notice. In my case, I received a call informing me of the decision, and by the same evening, the termination email was sent to my personal email address while my official account was immediately blocked. The only compensation provided was one month's salary. This kind of sudden termination without adequate notice creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for employees.
