Seemingly friendly company which doesn't keep its promises
Pros
- Spacious and convenient office in the centre of the city - Regular salary raises - Friendly colleagues - Company provides you with the state-of-the-art equipment - Company buys educational courses for you
Cons
- Bad relocation prospects. They promise to help with relocation to another country and then keep postponing it without any explanation until the relocation is canceled entirely. - Constant miscommunication between top management and software engineers. No transparency at all. - No annual bonuses. Just a relatively small benefit basket that you can use only for items allowed by the company. It can never be considered a replacement for the actual annual bonus. - It's very hard to get a promotion since you're often asked to pass a course that is totally irrelevant to your technology stack. For example, in order to promote to a senior UI developer they require you to pass AWS exam which shouldn't be a must for frontend development.
