      Pros

      The excitement of working in a cool office with lots of awesome benefits.

      Cons

      The company itself is dishonest, they are not even the company you work for actually, you are supposed to "transfer" to a different company after getting hired if you want, but you do not switch over to your "real" company until like a month later.
