      I have been in sales for almost 6 years now and this is by far my best experience.       Pros

      The company as a whole functions like a well-oiled machine. Everyone in the office is so friendly; you feel like family very quickly after starting. The HR team is very professional and attentive. The President and CEO are quite generous and truly care about their employees. There are various incentive opportunities for the sales team, and the recruiters' hard work shows. As a hybrid employee, I personally choose to come into the office more often than not, because I enjoy the lively atmosphere and being around everyone I work with. And the office is always stocked with keurig coffee + other nice refreshments and snacks!

      Cons

      At the moment, the office is split between 2 floors in one building. Because of this, tracking down coworkers can be difficult at times.
