There is a lot to learn and you will not be bored. When a job is new it can be challenging but Griffin Alexander has an open-door policy and they are there for you if you need help. There is plenty of training and mentoring. Ask questions and be motivated as there is room to grow. There is also a family atmosphere with team-building get-togethers, happy hours, etc. The work-life balance works for me. They offer competitive benefits and vacation/sick days as well.
