      Pros

      Important work is done there - making life saving medication for lesser known disease states.

      Cons

      Unless you are related to a Grifol or in a power clique, you have to watch your back always.

      Pros

      Vacation approvals are easily requested and approved.

      Cons

      If you work more, you will be less appreciated and will be awarded with a 25 to 50 cent raise no matter which department (e..g QC, Engineering, etc) you work. If you threaten your managers to leave the company even though you work less, you will be rewarded greatly. Promotions are not earned by hard work, but through favoritism. Corrupted Management, they will reject overtime pays.
