Pros
Center staff are mostly great to work with and care about their jobs. Benefits are good.
Cons
There are some great people working at the center level; however, those in corporate need to learn a thing or two. They constantly preach about treating employees well and that being the key to making everything work, but they don't act that way. Toward their own reports in the center they are belittling, offering no encouragement only pointing out the negative and talk down about the very staff that they tell them to act better toward.
