No Work Life Balance, No Respect for Workers

Pros

Generous accrual of paid time off, pretty decent teamwork among lower level staff. Break room with refrigerator and microwaves.

Cons

Ridiculous attendance policy, write ups if we call in sick. Poor communication between management and corporate. Arbitrary nonsensical ever-changing policies.

Pros

They are very flexible, have good benefits, and have a really nice campus. Always expanding. Lots of cross-functional teams to join.

Cons

They say they are for something but when it really comes down to it they do not stand behind their word. Things tend to have to be done the way that corporate wants, kind of rigid in that sense.
