Toxic work environment including favoritism, bullying, gossip. They ignore the negative behavior, if you report it there is retaliation of some sort. Keep your head down, don’t make friends, don’t fall into gossip, don’t complain and you will be fine

Management is out of touch. Headcount is at detrimental levels causing many to burnout. Responsible is constantly increasing without compensation following. For years we are the training ground for our competitors and other pharmaceutical manufacturers.
