The work is easy enough, cafeteria has cheap food.

Cons

Unless you're in management or working in the offices, they treat you as replaceable, lots of mandatory overtime and moving you around from one department to another. Not much room for growth either.

Not in Raleigh (commute). Direct management was good. Had no qualms. I was not micromanaged because I did my job very well.

Cons

I’ll just say this for a company who is in JOCO county, the people who live around here this is a great opportunity for them. decent benefits, all right pay. For the ones who don’t have a chip on their shoulder they will go places the other ones will be where they deserve. Companies are so worried about saving face. They forgot about the value in employee and protecting the ones who need to be let go. It’s all about the companies, bottom line financial gain.
