      The people you irk with are great. Management comes out to help when behind. They are very understanding when it comes to calling out.

      Cons

      The hours are long! If you are on the donor floor you are scheduled for 10 hours but if they are short handed you are stuck until they release you. You won’t have a problem getting over time

      Overworked. Lazy coworkers. Constant verbal & sometimes physical abuse from donors, which management does nothing about - actually pays them out more money when they complain, and donors know it. Management doesn’t listen to any employee complains, and if they ever do, it’s not really listening - just pretending & then doing nothing about it. If you don’t have kids, don’t even think about taking this job.. they will make you work all the time because people with kids have any kind of excuse to only work during the day.
