      Pros

      Grifols has a great multicultural environment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and it feels like a big family which is rare in a multinational company. Many perks, including heath insurance, onsite sports classes, Spanish lessons. Excellent opportunities for growth within the company, especially with the new manufacturing plant.

      No cons to be honest, I'm very happy with working for Grifols and would recommend.

      Great people and money is fair

      Cons

      Management that doesn’t listen to its staff. Great people are leaving weekly and they don’t seem to mind or want to stop the rot. Bonuses are a joke and need looking at. Fixed holiday times which seem to land at the dearest time to book holidays. Understaffed and Under trained. They’re all about office staff and they’re work life balance they forget about us people that work hard on the factory floor.
