      Pros

      Benefits, OT usually required even if it's not wanted.

      Cons

      Skeleton crew, all the time. Turnover rate exceeds 50%. Donors can be violent. Ultimately, we are investigated for deferring too many donors and not meeting goals, i.e. told to be more lenient with who is allowed to donate. Attendance policy is strict and unwavering, will get a write up even if hospitalized.

      This company makes promises to managers to get them to sign on. They do not pay what they promise and you may not have the same or any position at or during training if the trainers dislike you. Steer clear of this company if you have a good job keep it. The grass is not greener at this company and you will likely end up very disappointed and unhappy. There are wonderful companies out there if you look further.

      NONE the place is a cluster!

      Horrible! they dont let you hire people, you work long days, you have no idea what time you will be off if you close. The upper management dosnt care about anything except getting as many donors as possible. You never do enough for them. You get no support from your RM they are worthless and so is the GM they leave you to rot in crappy centers.
