      Fast-growing company, needs to acknowledge flaws instead of sweeping them under a rug.

      Pros

      Smaller company, people you get to know become family. Fast growth creates many opportunities. 401k-matching, great benefits, great PTO and tuition reimbursement. Tries very hard to make the workplace a community.

      Cons

      Obvious favoritism and unprofessionalism. Low morale induces petty behavior. Lack of planning, organization or accountability from leaders. Figurative wall between management and employees; it seems management are only there for themselves. Reluctance to address flaws.

      Pros

      Grifols is a company that truly cares about their employees. They know the value and worth of each individual and the environment you work in is very close nit and has an atmosphere of family like comfort. The company offers amazing benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, paid time off, paid travel expenses, tuition reimbursement, leadership training workshops, specialized job enhancement classes, and definitely offers many opportunities for advancement. Also the company values long term employees. The turn over rate is very low and employees stay with the company and make a career.

      Cons

      I think the company can do a better job at planning ahead. It will eliminate their employees scrambling to meet deadlines.

      They will allow you to grow from the bottom all the way to the top. They love to promote from within.

      Cons

      Hours can be difficult as well as lack of resources. Compared to competing centers, Grifols lags behind.
