The work is not stressful if you don't get caught up into too many things. They do really nice things for the employees Insurance is good

Cons

Don't get caught up in everyone's stuff. The management likes to act like they know things and will pin people against each other. Don't think your job is permanent- they restructured the program and laid a bunch of people off (even people that were there for many years. If management likes you now, you might get away with even falsifying stuff. Old management didn't tolerate it.
