      - atypical british company culture "over-focused" on the budget and the sales beside - long-time managers who are entangled in old patterns - company with multi market approach, with big internal differences within the people working in the dicisions

      The business model of employee ownership is great.

      Cons

      Member of management with no emotional intelligence. If you don't fit in you are ousted till you leave. Management go on about communication l. They don't practice what they preach, everything goes through the grapevine They also have zero cashflow so opportunities are gone.
