Pros

There are fantastic benefits that are offered such as: healthcare, share dividends, discounted food, good holiday entitlement, flexible working hours, large employer pension contribution, gym membership, the list goes on! But Gripple is about so much more... Being employee owned, means everyone works together to ensure the success of the company, which in turn means a lot of support. There is a lot of scope for progression. Growth within the company is both supported and actively encouraged. The culture and values which we promote as a company help make it a unique place to work.
