Pros

Great team members/coworkers. Good office atmosphere. Company supports community and charity.

Cons

Many organization restructures since going public. Poor overall performance since going public and a recent layoff have decreased trust in the business. Pay has stagnated, and is often not competitive with other businesses for the same/similar position. Also there are many people effectively working a position above their title.

Soul wrenching

Pros

Small work environment. you knew everyone who worked there.

Cons

The pay is awful and you get a measly 50 cents increase for being a manager. They prioritize their efficiency and company reputation over your well being and atonomy. They are patronizing and cuthroat in terms of time off. they were terrible at informing how much time off you had at all times. you would get in trouble for not scheduling someone else to take your shift for them.
