Pros

-They're all franchised, so it has a similar mom and pop shop environment -My boss is fantastic, understanding, and overall a great person -Can work as much overtime as desired

Cons

-Since all stores are franchised, you may not have an owner that's as relaxed and comprehensive. I have heard some horror stories where the owner forced an employee to pay for damaged or lost equipment. -Corporate has unrealistic standards [ know all operations are similar] and forces owners to buy the product with concise expiration dates or slow-selling product. -Each owner has their own policies/benefits/ect.
