Pros

I worked here for 3 days and walked out the third. Walking out and quiting was the best part of this job I worked for three days.

Cons

This place is run by novice management who has no idea of how to run a business. The male owner of the store argued with me because HE gave me wrong directions and tried to gaslight me into believing that he was right but he wasn't. I was trained for a total of 10 minutes for the cash register and he refused to help after that. Then, when he gave me the code ONCE, and I had forgotten it he said "I memorized 5 codes in 3 days and I'm not the brightest guy. " Basically calling me stupid. I am a math major. I am not stupid. He also would tell me tasks in a condescending way like "let me simplify this for you." etc... He was rude to all his other employees as well. And they gave me 38 hours in the first week so clearly they are understaffed for a reason. They pay minimum wage as well. So, this male manager was arguing with me on my second day insulting me and calling me insubordinate so what I did was put my walkie down. Looked him mid argument and walked out. This job was such a waste of time I beg you to apply somewhere, anywhere else. If you are working there please quit. KNOW your worth. And you will not use any potential there. It's clear that they see you not as employees, but minimum wage pawns that make them money. He is a weird guy , and I hope he fixes his issues because there's no way that store is going to survive with management like that. You're better off working at Jack in the Box for better pay and better treatment. If I could protest this place I would, with a picket sign and all. I feel truly sorry for current employees. Please keep them in your prayers.
