Thank you for sharing your experience as a Lead Cashier. We love our store operators as well! They work hard to make everyone feel like family and it's good to hear that you were able to experience this very important part of our culture. As you know, our stores are independently owned and operated. I would encourage you to reach out to your store’s independent owner to share more about your experience. Best of luck in your career endeavors!

Pros

10% employee discount and some pretty cool coworkers but that's really it

Cons

Too many to list. The owner is a complete narcissist who doesn't work with you for anything you need but expects you to drop everything for the store and when you don't (can't or won't) he reprimands by taking away your hours. I have witnessed multiple accounts of racism, sexism, and homophobia. I have witnessed sexual harassment and bullying by both management and regular employees. And the owner only says if you don't like it go somewhere else. A complete joke.
