Good company to work for depending on which team you work on.

Pros

They offer good benefits and holidays off. The company is like a big family and the executive team is down to earth and don't act like they are better than the employees below them. They believe on talking about the hard topics such as racism and inequality. They have had seminars and workshops to make sure that we as a company become better people that arent discriminatory. They are very inclusive family.

Cons

Depending on what corporate team you work in you won't get the same benefits and days off as the rest of the headquarter teams.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We value every employee's opinion and are glad to hear that overall, you've had a positive experience. We work hard to allow everyone to feel "at home" and comfortable here- we definitely think of ourselves as one big family! We encourage you to please also share your thoughts with your direct manager so that any concerns can be addressed.
