The owner/operator treats you like a member of the family. They are very professional and approachable.

No security guard to protect safety of the store and its employees.

It probably would have been a great place to work if not for the complete lack of professionalism and any desire to help new employees feel welcomed, wanted and secure.

Cons

No clear or concise leader, no training program and no parameters keeping the one doing the training in check. Half way thru the shift of my first day, the assoc. I was working with informed me the owner told her it was up to her that at the end of the day whether or not I was to be kept on.
