It's a unique place with a great culture. GO is in the sweet spot of a very disruptive (retail grocery) business. People love this company.

Cons

Pace of growth is getting faster.

Pros

Great place to take your experience to the next level on an actual grass roots platform. Truly a collaborative work environment where the company really likes to hear your opinion and feedback. Value work/life balance.

Cons

The only downside is that we can't grow any faster than our current pace.
