Some of the people are great. Stay in touch with a few.

Over worked. micromanaged. no voice. shut up and listen. culture is awful. play their games or lose. favoritism. inconsistent expectations. instill fear. cliquey. everyone talks about one another. cannot trust anyone. not challenged. growth stunted. their way or no way. manual processes not efficient. Tech is a nightmare.
