Pros

Great company culture. Some companies claim to have a great culture but Grocery Outlet really does. You are treated like family in every way. Lots of free food in the office. Great perks- Ping Pong, Gym free valet or parking garage and even private showers. Upper leadership is personable and friendly everyday! Lots of room for growth.
