Pros

The salary, and office is nice but the culture is terrible like the .99 cent store all of leadership came from. How embarrassing.

Cons

The culture is terrible. They haze you, and talk behind your back before you even get to know where the bathroom is. If you are different, leadership will treat you worse than an elementary school bully and the truth is, they sure as hell wouldn’t like their own children to be treated like they do to new employees. The mind games and trash culture are not worth the money because you have to deal with these know it all scum bags.

Pros

More family oriented than Big corporations. You can move up until, if you decide you want to, you can apply to get your own store

Cons

If you decide you don't want to get your own store, your pay won't increase as fast as inflation does and you will be left behind
