I'm not a current employee but if I were, I'm sure helping shoppers save grocery money has to be very gratifying.

Cons

Can't imagine except going to work in the snow. Being late for work or getting sick and can't go to work.

Pros

Hardworking, diverse, intelligent, engaging, passionate working environment. Company is expanding and growing at a fast pace. We are building lots of new stores and growing accordingly. The Office is an open environment where employees can easily walk around and collaborate. Great benefits are offered- 401K plan, dental, vision, health, life insurance, etc. Work life balance is very valued. Many people have aspirations outside of work/ families and are able to balance both. Healthy living is promoted. There is a gym and boot camp classes are provided during lunch time. Discounted food products and free coffee/ tea and other beverages always available. Great place to work all around.

Cons

The office is growing rapidly to accommodate for the new store expansion we are currently undergoing.
