Pros

Grocery Outlet is a fast growing company. I have work with the company for many years now. Independently owned and operated which I personally like because I couldn't ask for a better Boss. Advancement is at which ever level your willing to go even as far as becoming an operator yourself.

Cons

Wish the pay scale was a little better. Sometimes it's hard finding coworkers who still for long periods of time cause its hard work little pay

Pros

A progressive company that is willing to change to improve the experience for it's employees. Growing incredibly fast with a HUGE market still out there to enter. Great office area (headquarters) with nice perks.

Cons

I haven't seen too many downsides working at this company so far. They are slowly transitioning over to new technologies, which is definitely needed, but it is a slow transition. As long as they continue valuing their employees and ensuring that their employees are the highest priority, I won't have many cons to include.

Pros

Pros were they as a company work well with family life. They always take into consideration the fact that people change and they accommodate accordingly.

Cons

It's a grocery store so when business is slow, they will send employees home. I wish they would have understood my need for extended leave and welcome me back to my job, but I guess I need to move on from it. They do cut hours at the end of the month dues to slow business also.
