      Pros

      I have work with the company for a long time, good products and good deals

      Cons

      New owners are very racist they make a lot a difference between employees. One of the female managers is always is very rude with the employees very pushy and the owners know but they don't care because they say that she can do whatever she want. Very disappointed to the values of the store because it used to be a really nice place to work.

      Pros

      Owners are a husband/wife duo and are very friendly and down-to-earth. As long as you work hard and show eagerness to grow in your job, they will give you the same respect. The employees here are the best part about the job; basically all of the team leaders are awesome and I've become good friends with my coworkers.

      Cons

      The ONE issue that sticks out (as an employee) is the lack of available supplies for trashers. I.e. we ran out of latex gloves a long time ago and haven't gotten any new ones, which poses a potential health risk since trashers are in charge of cleaning the bathrooms and doing bottle counts (which can be especially disgusting).

      Pros

      Family environment, very caring leadership. All interactions with leadership and operators are positive. Leadership cares and desires success for all operators

      Cons

      Staying competitively priced. Facing pricing competition from Winco an challenge. Need to maintain the bargain feel.
